This mount can safely hold and secure the rear of the transmission or tail shaft to a cross-member. These transmission mounts provide support to the transmission on the chassis by minimizing the vibration and noise from passing on to the rest of the vehicle. If properly fixed it will reduce the chances of driveshaft misalignment and U-joint failure.
